Sngular continues its expansion with the acquisition of Realized, a Spanish UX and design studio. By integrating Realized’s team into its UX department, Sngular aims to strengthen its technological competencies in User Experience Design (UX).

Realized is a Spanish company founded in 2016 and managed by Alfonso Morcuende, a Design specialist, David Álvarez, a UX expert, and Sarah Rink, a specialist researcher in this area. The leading team, with more than 20 years of international experience, will lead the DKC and will report directly to Farid Fleifel, Sngular’s Country Manager in Spain.

“We are confident that Alfonso, David, and Sarah will lead the UX unit at the highest level. They will bring more knowledge and experience to the team, and will allow us to take advantage of synergies and help us increase the growth of this capability within Sngular, nationally and internationally”, says Emilio Calvo, Sngular’s Chief Digital Officer.

User Xperience team brings together Sngular’s user-centric product and service design capabilities. This acquisition will help the company gain more ground in the company’s business volume on a national and international level.

A new formula to attract start-ups

This operation is a result of a program created in 2017 aiming to both attract start-ups and foster the incorporation of their teams within the company.

This initiative aims to attract small teams from start-up companies who are willing to work together. In doing so, Sngular will be able to increase the overall working capacity, providing access to a greater range of resources, which will allow the company to take on more ambitious projects.
