SNGULAR acquires TecnoFor, Atlassian Platinum Partner and leader in corporate technology training
April 25, 2024
TecnoFor has been 100% integrated into the SNGULAR group, pending its formalization in the coming weeks. The company specializes in technology training, especially in management such as PPM (Project and Portfolio Management), Agile or ITIL, where it maintains a clear leadership in Spain.
In addition, TecnoFor develops consulting and integration of solutions on Atlassian's ecosystem of products, such as Jira and Confluence. In a few years it has become one of the main Platinum Solution Partners in Europe, designing its own solutions for Service Desk, PMO or SAFe in large national and international clients. It has become a world reference in Process Mining, developing in collaboration with IBM its own technology in this field, as part of its strategy to become an international process automation consultancy.
We thus strengthen our presence in the ecosystem of products and solutions of the software manufacturer Atlassian, to become one of the main partners in Europe, and we consolidate in our people management offering the leading company in Spain in corporate technical training, at a crucial moment for the upskilling and reskilling that AI demands from companies.
Among the synergies produced by this integration, it is worth highlighting the capacity to take on process optimization and transformation consulting projects for our clients, using the technology that TecnoFor has developed together with IBM in the field of Process Mining, as well as to increase our commercial capillarity, putting the technological capabilities of the group at the disposal of TecnoFor's thousands of clients in Europe and America.
Aligned with TecnoFor strategy
Having achieved a very high level of specialization and recognition in the Atlassian ecosystem, the next step in TecnoFor's strategy was internationalization and the possibility of accessing larger customers. To do this it needed financial support for growth and organizational support to be able to execute projects in an increasingly demanding environment.
TecnoFor's CEO, Pablo Grueso, assures that they have found their "big brother". For Pablo, the SNGULAR team complements them in every way. "We are looking forward to bringing the expertise we have developed in our portfolio, such as Atlassian or Process Mining. SNGULAR fits culturally with our long-term commitment to a quality technical team capable of meeting the demanding challenges of our customers, it shares with us the international ambition and the ability to reach the most relevant customers and it has a clear interest in promoting the real transformation of the processes of large companies thanks to the use of the latest technologies".
José Luis Vallejo, main shareholder and Executive Chairman of SNGULAR, said: "With this transaction, SNGULAR integrates the leader in technical training in Spain, at a time when we foresee that it will be particularly necessary to adapt many professionals in the sector to new emerging technologies, especially AI. We also reinforce our competencies in the manufacturer Atlassian and our ecosystem of solutions around Jira, and we complement it with a strategic line of business, such as process optimization and redefinition, now key to the true digital transformation of companies, with a team that fits culturally with us and that also has a healthy ambition to access larger clients on an international level".
As part of M&A strategy of SNGULAR, TecnoFor is the third acquisition in 2024, following the acquisition of Navandu (March 24, to reinforce the SNGULAR Health division) and Circular (February 24, to complement the SNGULAR Talent - Manfred division).
