Modular microservices architecture

Vítaly has created a modular solution for its Health Ecosystem, based on microservices running on Google Cloud's infrastructure, designed to ensure interoperability, technological flexibility, and compliance with security regulations.

The implementation consisted of two stages: first, deploying the necessary infrastructure, including services such as GKE and Cloud SQL, followed by the development and integration of legacy and third-party solutions and applications.

To safeguard data security, measures such as Cloud Armor, security gateways, and Zero Trust Network Access tools were integrated, providing a highly secure environment optimized for the needs of a cloud-based health ecosystem.

Migration to GKE, a key leap

The Vítaly Health Ecosystem is a great example of how technology can be adapted to the growth of a platform. Starting with a solution developed on Cloud Run, perfect for small projects, the decision was made to migrate to GKE to handle complexity and scalability as the platform expanded, as well as to integrate with other Google Cloud services like Cloud Armor and Cloud Tasks, creating a complete and secure solution.

Managing a hybrid environment is always a challenge, but the results speak for themselves: improved performance, higher availability, and a team more focused on innovation. The ESV demonstrates how important it is to choose the right technology based on the current needs and how GKE can be a strategic ally for growing companies.

Vplay, the Netflix of healthcare with Google Cloud and AI

Vplay, the content platform of the ESV, has become a key pillar in its health ecosystem thanks to Google Cloud's infrastructure.

With tools like BigQuery and Google Data Platform, large volumes of user data are analyzed in real time, processed, and structured. Using AI, relevant content such as wellness tips is personalized, enhancing the user experience and interaction. This approach is similar to the algorithms used by on-demand content platforms, but focused on health.
