What will you do?
Lead a team of software developers at client sites. Subject matter expert for both front-end and back-end development. Mentor developers to ensure the code quality and standardization. Ensure that architectural and compliance requirements are met by the development team.
Responsibilities

- Travel and work at various client sites as assigned.

- Position is in a fixed location based in the Birmingham, AL office; however, telecommuting from a home office will be allowed.

- Make technical decisions on task prioritization.

- Plan, release and schedule software development.

- Responsible for sizing up or down the team and coordinating the tasks within the team.

- Lead the recruiting and onboarding of new team members.

- Training and education of different technologies.

- Provide feedback and perform evaluations.

- Responsible for team wellbeing both professionally and personally.

- Paperwork required in order to deploy the applications through the different environments.

- Road-blocks removal. No matter the nature of the block.

- Take the most complex development tasks to be developed by himself.

- Code review and feedback sessions with the developers.

- Responsible for code quality, security, and industry standards.

- Bridge the gap between business, design, architecture, and development teams.
-
- Ensure that requirements are captured correctly in agile user stories and technical tasks.
-
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery from the technical point of view.
