This position is in a fixed location based in the Pittsburgh, PA office. However, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

What will you do?
Coordinate project(s) efforts between the client and the company. Gather all the knowledge about the project(s), the process and the team and represent the bank interests with the company. Gather and communicate the company’s interests to the bank.
Responsibilities

Supervise and control team(s) effort, commitment, performance on a daily basis.

Assure that milestones are met.

Remove road blockers for the team(s).

Facilitate any kind of resource needed by the team(s).

Travel required up to 15% for internal meetings and clients.
How will you do it?
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of engineering experience. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with the following: Agile/Scrum Project methodologies. Manage geographically distributed teams. Project Management. Experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Business Analyst, Technical Manager, or Lead Developer. Experience with software development and IT infrastructure. Experience with financial services companies, insurance, fintech, insurtech or a combination of all.
