What will you do?

SNGULAR seeks a passionate a New Business Development Specialist and Ciente Executive, that will be the trusted advisor to senior decision makers in New Enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Sngular Solution Architects, and Functional Team Leaders, and our global virtual teams to translate the customers’ business needs into opportunities. The BM will be responsible for orchestrating the short & long-term strategic approach for their customers whilst collaboratively harnessing all necessary resources to achieve the objectives of both the customer and Sngular.

Business Manager is responsible for orchestrating the activities required to transform Sngular’s relationship with new clients into one that is seen as a mutual strategic partnership.


Responsibilities

  • The BM develops and strengthens relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the account. He/she drives penetration in various functions, including outside CIO. He/she should become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and should participate in the account’s strategic planning process.

  • The BM establishes a personal and professional brand as the trusted partner for our client. Influences decision-makers and gains “insider status” with key stakeholders and senior/CxO profiles to influence the customer’s buying process.

  • The BM builds a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for Sngular. He/she executes a plan to develop allies and partner allies, builds personal connections, and gains access to new contacts. He/she ensures a balance of customer engagement across business, management, and operations.

  • The BM identifies opportunities for growth in the account and leads account strategy and planning. He/she drives penetration in the customer’s business units and maintains a comprehensive account growth strategy. He/she regularly monitors sales trends and market dynamics and incorporates them into existing account strategy and plan.

  • The BM will ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and quality of experience. You will communicate progress against the account plan and other related developments to all relevant stakeholders.

  • The BM conducts client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing

  • The BM will provide inputs for building alliances with product/service vendors


How will you do it?

  • Proven experience in opening new accounts.

  • Proactivity and aggressivity in their approach

  • Domain expertise in an industry, deep knowledge of regulations, and a good network in these markets in the USA.

  • Background in software development, including AI & Data Science, Solutions Architecture, and Cloud Engineering. Sales experience in Digital technologies is essential.

  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal lines internally and in the client organization.

  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and presentations.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. English-speaking required, Spanish will be valued.

This position is in a fixed location based in Boston office. However, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Please note that this job is not eligible to be performed in the states of New York, New Jersey, California, or Colorado.
