What will you do?
We are looking for someone with strong technical prowess who is driven and looking to take ownership. The ideal candidate will actively branch out and learn about the surrounding ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison among international customers, development teams, and internal departments to facilitate strong

Roadmap and backlog management: Maintain and communicate a detailed product roadmap to stakeholders. Keep everyone aligned and prioritize user stories in the product backlog.

Requirement Gathering & Definition: Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and participate in design workshops to gather and refine requirements, translating high-level product strategies into detailed specifications.

Customer Engagement: Engage directly with global customers to capture and analyze feedback, ensuring the product remains aligned with market needs and customer expectations.

Vision & Strategy Support: Assist in crafting a product vision that bridges business goals with customer demands, contributing to a strategic roadmap that brings the product vision to life.

Scrum Facilitation: Run Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to keep teams focused and aligned on product goals.

Technical Collaboration: Partner with architects and technical leads to align features with technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration and technical feasibility.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with testing teams to ensure that product features meet quality standards and customer expectations, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive improvements and proactively address issues.

Market & Gap Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies. Lead gap analysis efforts to identify and close gaps in product offerings, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.

Documentation & Training: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation and facilitate training sessions for both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone has a solid understanding of the product.
How will you do it?
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand the impact of technical constraints on business requirements.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Nice-to-Have:
A background or familiarity in Design, especially with design thinking principles or user-centered design, to support a cohesive product experience.
Experience on similar roles building software for enterprise environments.
