Javier Recuenco, new Strategy Advisor at SNGULAR

Beyond his mastery of Complex Problem Solving (CPS), beyond the media figure who enjoys challenging the masses to help them shift their perspective, his ambition and his approaches to problem-solving… Javier is one of those people who knows how to listen, to inquire, to understand, to think collaboratively, and to give generously in the short term to be ambitious in the long term. Personally, I have also witnessed how he puts endless energy and care into everything around him, trying to help with his knowledge and experience.

This professional and personal affinity over the years led us to create our first joint project, UnconventionalCPS, where we have come together to take action with CPS by uniting forces between our teams from SNGULAR and Singular Solving (the names already hinting at our shared destiny). We announced uCPS just a month ago, and it is already starting to show very promising results.

But in these months of preparation for uCPS, countless side conversations, team connections, ideas, and complementary skills have emerged, creating new opportunities to assist our clients and also areas for improvement within our own organizations, which specialize in tailored professional services. Therefore, we have decided to double down on our commitment to collaboration, and from now on, Javier will also serve as a Strategy Advisor (and strategic advisor) with a long-term equity link at SNGULAR.

Together, we will pursue two main goals: on one hand, to help define strategic and significant projects and objectives for SNGULAR’s clients, and on the other, to help our own company evolve so that it continues to adapt in an agile and pioneering manner to this new stage of great transformation we all anticipate.

I am very pleased to count even more on Javier in our team. I am sure that his creativity, intelligence, vision, boldness, and healthy ambition will help us better choose our goals; and I am also convinced that his will, generosity, sharpness, and unique sense of humor will help us enjoy the journey together as we achieve these goals.
